Process performance Process performance encompasses the effective and efficient design of process to enable future optimization, environmental sustainability and continuous improvement in dairy processing technology through new platforms and innovations.

Dairy health and nutrition Health and nutrition is developing the knowledge and capability for the future of dairy products, components and ingredients in the delivery of a functional contribution to health and wellbeing.

Innovation platforms Innovation platforms aims to catalyse innovative ideas to capture and develop emerging technologies and capability as well as influence the culture of change and innovation across the dairy sector. Membership fee revenues are invested in pre-competitive projects aligned with the research needs of its dairy company members in these portfolios. Projects range from short term scoping studies to large scale, longer term multi-disciplined research projects.
