With a fully equipped product development kitchen our team is able to prepare, test and assess food across the dairy, cheese, bakery, confectionery, smallgoods and functional foods categories from bench-top to pilot scale. We also offer a range of analytical services to support your development activities Dairy Innovation can also assist in the development and use of bioactives from initial assessment and the identification of physiological targets through to production and end application.

SMARTER MANUFACTURING PROCESSES With many years of experience in a commercial environment as well cutting edge research in process engineering our staff can assist in process optimization and control, process modeling, environmental auditing, sourcing new technologies as well as new process design, implementation and scale-up. STARTER SUPPLY AND RELATED EXPERTISE Dairy Innovation provides a unique supply of starters to the Australian dairy industry.
