Processes and Products Research Grants<

Dairy Innovation Australia Limited is calling for applications from researchers for its Processes and Products Grants for research and innovation. Proposed projects should be targeted to provide  research solutions in line with DIAL strategic objectives and current priorities. Follow this link to see requirements and application details.

Dairy Innovation Australia invests in and manages research projects that are in line with its strategic objectives:
  • to shape and contribute to the future commercial success of Australian dairy manufacturing.
  • to create and support the timely development, commercialisation and operation of smarter dairy manufacturing processes.
  • to provide knowledge that supports the timely creation of higher returning products faster by dairy company members.
Applications are invited in any related research area. However, priority areas for this round of applications are:
  • Cheese, fermented dairy foods and cultures – future processes and product innovations.
  • Thermal and non-thermal processing of milk.

A minimum of $200,000 in funding is available in each year of this program. Funding will be considered for projects on any scale within the program budget. Please direct enquiries to Karen Manaszczuk on (03) 9974 8703 or kmanaszczuk@dairyinnovation.com.au.
